This is life coaching, not therapy. Sessions are practical and informed by psychological theory.

What happens in a session?
Sessions are tailored to you and your current challenges. They may include discussion, psychological frameworks, practical exercises, and sometimes optional homework to support integration.

Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation is required. You’re welcome to bring a specific situation or topic you want to work on.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
All sessions are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours are not eligible for rescheduling.
